Can I get a refund on any of the services?
Once Booked, refund is not provided upon cancelation.
How can I get Puja done for my under 18 children?
If there is someone in the family or a friend for whom you wish to perform puja, you can contact mandir directly or create an account on www.brihaspatidham.com in their name by adding your own contact details.
What if I do not have an email Id for registration?
If you do not have an email ID, you can use your mobile number for registration as well. You will receive your password through text SMS. However, you can only use Indian mobile numbers to receive SMS.
What If after registration I did not receive my password?
If in case you do not receive your password either via email or text SMS, contact Brihaspati Dham Mandir.
Will I get a Text Message if I am outside of India?
Only Indian mobile numbers will receive SMS.
The payment has been deducted from my account but I did not receive Puja confirmation or registration Email.
In this case, please contact Brihaspati Mandir immediately and provide us with the email or mobile number which you used to book puja.
I have registered through Mobile Number, how can I get my Puja Receipt?
You can access your booked Puja Receipt by logging into your account at www.brihaspatidham.com and going under the My Orders tab.
What if I forgot my password?
You can reset your password by clicking on the forgot password link at the login page. In case you do not have access to the mobile number or email id used during the registration, contact Brihaspati Mandir.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, if you want to delete your account, contact mandir.
Online Pooja Service
Where are Pujas Performed?
All Pujas mentioned on the book Puja page are performed in the Brihaspati Dham Temple. With exceptions, mentioned within the description
Can I reschedule Booked Puja?
Yes, You can reschedule or change the date of the puja 48 hours before the Puja Date. Also If there is an excruciating circumstance and you want to reschedule the puja within the 48 hours time, then please contact the mandir directly. However, you cannot reschedule Manokamna Tokri.
Can I cancel booked Puja?
Once booked, Puja can only be canceled by contacting Temple's admin team.
Can I book Puja for someone else with my own account?
Yes, To book Brihaspati Puja for someone else log in to your account and change the details at the payment page of the person you want to book puja for.
Can I attend the Puja on the day I have booked it?
Yes, you can attend the Puja on the day it is being conducted. In order to do so, please contact Brihaspati Dham Mandir, after making the booking
What if I do not know my gotra, how will puja be performed?
If in case you are not aware of your gotra, we use your address. Make sure you enter the correct address.
How long will it take to complete Japs?
It takes 10 days to complete Japs. If you would like it to be completed in less time, contact Mandir.
What if I want my Puja to start immediately?
If you want your Puja to start immediately, contact Brihaspati Dham Mandir via WhatsApp or call.
Membership
What is the duration of the Brihaspati Parivar Membership?
Brihaspati Parivar Membership lasts for 365 days from the date of becoming a member.
Can I pay for my Brihaspati Parivar membership before the expiration of the membership?
Yes, you can do that by adding the membership to the cart, logging into your existing account and paying for the membership. It will add another 365 days to your remaining membership days. However this option is available only in last 15 days of your current membership period.

When is Manokamna Torki offered?
Manokamna Torki is offered on Thursdays at Brihaspati Dham Mandir Jaipur. However, you can book a single tokri for any particular day
