Where is this puja performed?
All bookings are performed at Brihaspati Dham Mandir, Jaipur โ in front of Dev Guru Brihaspati. Pandit ji takes sankalpa in your name (yajman name + gotra + manokamna) before starting.
How will I know my puja has been performed?
After Pandit ji performs the puja, you receive a proof-of-puja video on the email + WhatsApp number you provided. Most videos arrive within 48 hours of the puja date.
Can I attend in person?
Yes. Brihaspati Dham Mandir is open daily 6 AM โ 9 PM (Thursdays till 10 PM). If you'd like to be present for your puja, mention the date when you book and Pandit ji will coordinate.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
You can reschedule the puja date up to 48 hours before the scheduled date โ head to /account/bookings or message Pandit ji on WhatsApp. Cancellations are handled case-by-case (refunds processed within 3 business days).
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. A booking receipt is emailed immediately after payment confirmation, and you can also download it any time from /account/bookings (printable PDF).
